The aim of this conference is to find the critical concept of “trace” and its application to contemporary literature in English. Around the Ethics and research on trauma in contemporary criticism has generated much critical interest. However, it was little attention to the concept of “track” down and how it engages with ethical issues, studies of memory and trauma in contemporary literature.
